Product Specialist
Job Description Summary
Achieve sales and profit targets of MSP products at the areas assigned, and develop market share. Provide guidance and training for distributors/sub-distributors’ sales forces and customers.
- Achieve sales and profit target of MSP products on assigned area.
- Build good relationship with distributors’ team on assigned area and work together with them to achieve sales and profit target.
- Work together with distributors’ team on assigned area to provide monthly sales forecast in order to provide sufficient stock of MSP products.
- Create demand for new products to enter the market.
- Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors’.
- Make sure forecast from their branches at distributor meet with their forecast of selling or conversion, able to discuss stock level required at certain branches due to geographical coverage.
- Develop and grow market share of MSP products within the assigned area.
- Make routine calls to customers and build good relationship with them.

Sell MSP with value-added and offer value-added service to customer based on
- USP
- Training best practice.
- Market sensing on customer demand and need.
- Having experiences as sales representative / Product specialist / Hospital representative of medical devices over than 2 years
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Having wide customer network is a plus
- Good customer relation building capability
- Proficiency in Ms. Office and other office tasks reporting
- Strong negotiation skills and willing to work & grow as a solid team

Product Manager
Job Description Summary
The main role to this position is developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage and assigned product portfolio to meet company objectives in terms of sales and profitability.
- Execute Plans to achieve set objectives, including product launch, promotion and value creation.
- Study market trends and product gap to identify new product or upgrade opportunities and working closely with internal team in forecasting and pricing.
- Develop new marketing strategies that will improve sales and revenue performance
- Develop promotional material and distribution
- Train the marketing team for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc
- Manage the budget and sales forecast
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Pharmacist or any related field.
- Preferably with at least 3-5 years of Product Management experience in healthcare industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good customer relation building capability
- Experience in planning and organizing for new product launches and managing existing products.
- Possess strong leadership skill, resourceful and with strategic thinking mindset.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, power point and other office tasks reporting
